Hi.

I recently got interested in modding Rimworld, I have pretty decent programming knowledge, so that's not my issue, my issue is finding a .net de compiler that works with Linux. The only one I can find seems to be the built-in one on Monodevelop IDE, now I might just not know how to use it properly, but it seems to miss some critical features of decompiling an application, are there any other decompilers that have support?

I double-boot to windows pretty exclusively to run dnSpy...

But the most recent versions of MonoDevelop I found (7.8.2) do seem to do a lot.  What sorts of features are you missing?

Yeah I have 7.8.3 installed, but it seems to miss pretty basic features like being able to see where a function is read, where it's set etc. I might have been spoiled from using IDA, but I see those as pretty basic features for a decompiler.

online decompiler is complete garbage, don't use it.
