Faction Base Mod that modifies the Base's structures?

Im making a new modpack on a new PC i got with rimworld, and i am searching for a mod that adds new faction base variations that are functional instead of that default structures we see in vanilla. My rimworld is the 1.0  version. Can you guys show me mods that do this?
