well, they aren't features in vanilla...

You're probably better off asking in the specific mod's page or forum thread that the items are from.

@Limdood they are from Call of Cthulhu - Rim of Madness Expansion Pack.

And for Boloss31... You can turn off Autoplay or Disable the usage from it being played by your pawns...

And it does affect their mood if they start listening to it while idle or bored...
