Game won't load up after downloading a few new mods. Even after rearranging them

Here's there log file to what happens when I try to load it up. The logfiles also always bring up how I don't have the wildmen tribes anymore because I unsubsubscribed from the mod. But yet the game keeps thinking that I have it? Any help would be nice, thank you
