Crash at starting after reinstall windows 10

Hello,

Recently, I reinstalled windows 10 on my computer.
I installed Rimworld (vanilla), but it crashed before starting... Of course, I looked around here for solutions, but a little window appears with this message :

I tried to :
-Restart my laptop
-Download and run Delete_RimWorld_Registry_entries.reg
-Unsubscribe for all mods
-Delete Rimworld's configuration files
-Reinstall the game
-Disable anti-virus programs

You should update your video driver.
