i want to rescue a pawn next to me with a few soldiers heavily equiped and some thrumbo, who were perfectly tamed, but they don't carry anything. And i'd like to know how to add sleeping bag to the caravan

Thrumbo's are at the vanilla gameplay no caravan (pack) animals, so they are just tough combat animals.
I bet you will find a mod that this could change, or with some skills with an texteditor you could change it self.
