Mod request - less random raider gear

[Prologue]

Raid leader: Hey crew, lets go and raid that colony up north. Tom, you take the sniper rifel.
Tom: But my ranged lvl is 1 while my mele is 15, houldn't I take the steel sword?
Raid leader: Your not in command Tom, take the fing sniper rifel.

So often I see raids wit bad gear choises, and I get it should not always be perfect. But a little more tought about who wears what kind of gear and weapons would be apriciated.
