Mod to decrease equip delay?

When I get attacked I like to let my pawns change clothes. However my pawns need 5 real time seconds or 7.5 ingame minutes to put on their flak pants. Which means that by the time they are finally done changing clothes the enemy is already at their doorstep.
I think that it would be nice if there was a mod that decreased the equip delay of certain things.
Does anyone know a mod that does this?
