Mods don't works

Hello!
I've tryed to start several mods, but they just don't start at all. I activated several mods in the menu, but whn I started game nothing changed. I also tryed to swich languages and araze Ludeon Studios folder, but it did not work.
How can i fix it?
I have alpha5 version and downloded several latest mods from this site.

I have this problem as well, accessing the mod screen and loading mods takes a long time. Then they don't actually apply :(

First of all, make sure that the "Core" mod is on. It's the base game, if it's disabled the game won't work. It's only an option to be disabled for "total conversion mods", but I don't think anybody has made any yet. So always leave it on unless a mod you're using asks for it to be turned off.

Secondly, try only running one mod. Lots of mods aren't compatible, so if you run two at the same time they won't work together.

I can't comment on anything language related, I play in English and have no experience with running Rimworld in different languages.

if you see black screen - game actually still here but main thread hit exception each tick and fail to render anything.
(looks like UI of game inside same thread as other stuff, generically this is very bad style but perfectly fine for alpha)
You can open your game folder and navigate to bin folder, you will find game log here.

Log will show what xml definition is source of exception.
After that you can try to fix issue self or ask someone (including mod author) to fix issue.

I've solved the problem by downloading one of the mod packs and changing "core" folder from the mod pack.
