Tool Cabinet Description Grammar

The second sentence in the tool cabinet description needs a little grammar editing/fixing.

"One workbench use to up to two tool cabinets."

Yea... We have already seen some grammar issues, if you check the Triple Rocket Launcher's Description it has an error with a typo in it and that's smalll... That's the typo right there.

It's still might be one of the lowest priority out of them with fixing descriptions...
