Lag spikes every 2 seconds

I closed the game a few hours ago, and started playing again a couple minutes ago. However now I receive massive lag spikes every 2 seconds, they speed up when I see the time up. This had not happened on the very same save game earlier today. I checked the debug log in dev mode and have the log was flooded with the same message https://gyazo.com/cbd4e4ce08c542f9499cfe1a93295212
I cleared the log and immediately the log is filled to the max with the same message. After clearing the log once the messages changed to

Anyone know the solution and or cause?
I am playing with mods, however nothing changed between my last session and my current session other than the lag.

If you locate your savegame in the savegame folder. (can be found in the main menu.)

Open the savegame and use CTRL + F to locate "Plasteel5638907"-"Plasteel5638941". and delete them from the savegame.

Also, posting the debug info and savegame could help the mod creators to fix a bug in their mod.

Also, also, if you are playing with mods, please post bug reports in the mods subforum, as it makes it easier for the modders to find it and fix it.
