[MOD REQUEST] Display Stockpile Config Right Away

So it's pretty simple. When you click a stockpile, it will be displayed what things are selected for that stockpile instead of just its name. Right now, to see it you have to click on the tab STORAGE and sometimes scroll down to see what things are allowed to be stored in the stockpile.

Anyone who wants to take this on, I do something similar in Deep Storage (see Deep_Storage_ITab.cs) and Falconne does it in Improved Workbenches.
