Mods "missing" even though still subscribed. Big debug log error list.

Hi, hope this is the right area.
No updates that I'm aware of, no changes that I know of. Relatively large list of mods that worked fine until this start-up (many hours deep into this particular run). A large number now are missing at startup, but not all.
Knowledge data missing.
Game loads into menu, unable to load saves.
Verified game cache integrity through steam, no problems found.

Devastated! Was having a great run with this colony too! Anybody got any idea's to help me?

Hi,
yep you are right some mod's are missing.
Call of Cthulhu - Cults need at last Jecstools.
When you don't have deactivate something, it must be a steam/workshop issue. I have heared sometimes that people got missing mod's because of connection issue's with steam.
I can't verify it, since i don't use it.
Try to relog into steam again or unsubscribe and resubscribe  to that missing mods.

Strangely, I couldn't even start a new game/colony. Even with the limited mods etc.

After unsubscribing and re-subscribing to a bunch of mods, (including a few restarts and what not) my game is operational again. Thank you Canute for your suggestion.
