Turn off rain?

Is it possible to turn off the visual effects of rain in the game, or at least tune it down greatly?

Sadly it gives me a headache, and it might be the reason why I got another migraine attack again. Would be great if it was possible to turn off the visuality of it all, while the game retained its effects such as reduced movement speed and accuracy.

In later stages of the game the base will be pretty big and roofed, so I can zoom in on that and wait until it passes, but in the early stages of a save that won't really be feasible.

If there happens to a mod for that, please point me in its direction
