Strange issue with keyboard

Hello, I am having a sporadic issue in witch some of my keys does not work in-game. Funny thing is if i try to rename a colonist, those key work.

So far the key that stop working are S, D and spacebar(maybe some more?). Once started the game they will work or not work for the full game duration.

Im on arch linux, tested with and without native library.

maybe unrelated; i use different keyboard layout, seems when i use IT all is fine, while if i use EU, it break.
Need to restart the game between layout change.
