A mod that allows speeding up during danger/combat?

Didn't know whether to put this in support or suggestions.

I've been trying to look for a mod that unlocks the speed settings during danger/combat but still pauses/slows down time when you first encounter that danger/combat

Any help about whether a mod such as this exists or if anyone would be willing to make such a mod would be much appreciated.
