Author Topic: Mods deactivate themselves on start up only leaving core. Please help.  (Read 174 times)

I've tried to isolate the mod causing the issue and it started after adding some mods that add hair and change the default hair of spawned pawns. But when I ran just those mods it worked fine and them a different mod cause the reset of my modlist to just core so I'm truly stumped. I'm going to post modlists of when its been working and when the error appears. The I'll also post the hugslib log file. Hopefully someone can show me the steps I need to take to correct this.

Hi,
sorry i couldn't get a hint why the modlist reset. Many people use children and pregnancy so it can't be that alone, maybe it bite with one of these mod's you activate before.

The Share log button is from Hugslib mod, since it isn't active no button.
But you can attach the file to your answer, the file attachment option only show up when you use the reply button.
I think you use the windows version, then it is the output_log.txt at the [Rimworld_dir]\RimWorldWin64_Data folder.
But you should look first at these file, and check the end if you see maybe why the modlist got reseted.

At the options you can turn off that the modlist get reseted on a critical error.
To get ride of the warning, you manualy need to edit the About.xml of these mod
just replace the
<targetVersion>...</targetVersion>
with
<supportedVersions><li>1.0</li></supportedVersions>

Maybe you should try out Fluffy's Modmanager too

There was something wrong with the baby and children mod. Whenever I added it it removed all my mods. I've removed it and replaced it with another mod.
