Can I put people into cryptosleep and have their mood maluses expire or does it freeze that too. I keep getting family members show up during raids and it's taking a toll on my people with constant breaks

I don't know it for sure, but all injuries and drug withdraw are on hold.
So i think that's for mood too.
For the pawn inside the casket don't pass any time, so he is still sad when he wake up.
