Graphical bug black area not going away base game 0 mods

A black area just appeared when I loaded up Rim world, this black area was not there last time and literally just appeared. I cannot build or see the floor in this area. The log filled up with errors can some one give me some tips on what to do, I have attached the world with a link as 7 zip didn't want to work. I'm quite new to Rim world.
