[HELP]me understand my crash log

I've got a pretty good mod list with the mods I absolutely cannot live without, but I'm a newbie at this kind of stuff and any suggestion for mod load order would be fantastic, as well as, if you can, helping me figure out what is causing these errors:

A hugslib logfile (the github.com link) can never be made from a crash, since you need to start rimworld to made these.
When Rimworld crashes, you should post the original logfile, only there is shown why rimworld crashes.

But i think you don't mean "crash log" you just mean "error log", i hope you will get a pot of water next time you order a beer ! :-)

You got alot of error's at Rimworld startup.
Many about ammunations, i am not a CE expert but maybe disable Combat Extended Fixes and check if that allready remove these.
If not you need to look into another mod that add weapons/ammo.

And some about AEXP_ animals. You should know about your mod's which might add these AEXP.
