[Question]Name of the mod?

I don't remember the name of the mod, that would keep rerolling the characters in the character creation until it lands on a character with the minimum stats you set ( Higher or equal).
ex. Let's say I wanted a character with atleast 10 shooting. It would keep rerolling until a character with 10 shooting or more was found.
