Few quests in vanilla game

I'm currently about 60-70 days into a world, and have only received one random quest. Is this normal? My colony wealth just hit 60,000, whereupon I got a quest, so is there now a minimum wealth for them? The only one received prior to that was 'ship to the stars'. All other events, such as raids, are still happening as normally.

there is no minimum wealth for quests. It is just random.
You know murphy's law, if you await your next quest you just get a raid instead, other people who don't want any quests just get them ! :-)
