Suggested mod for balanced resurrections?

I have a lot of mods installed, which in of itself is not a bad thing. However, the quest reward pool is so diluted with modded items that I rarely see base game rewards. That, coupled with the ol' Randy Random, makes it so that I may never even receive a quest with resurrection mech serum in it. Although it would be nice to somehow have a way to obtain those rare items without relying on pure chance, my main concern is, as the title implies, a means to revive beloved colonists. More importantly, a balanced way to revive colonists. Any mod recommendations to solve this problem of mine?

Quest rewards are too much random like you notice self.
Special when you use mod's that add alot of items.

So i suggest to use mod's that allow you to craft mech serum like
Sparkling Worlds - Glittertech on the Rim
https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=35373.0
or the part
Mech Serum Crafting - craft resurrector, healer and lazarus mech serum
of it.

Alternativ, you could take a look into Rim of Magic

the Priest class is pacifist but can heal and as Master even resurrect.

Isn't there a mod that lets you request specific rewards from neighbors?

I know of the mod you are talking about, but for the life of me I cannot seem to locate it.

Good news, I found it! It is A Petition for Provisions by ToyWalrus! It looks like exactly the type of mod I am looking for, not too easy or gamebreaking.
