Today I learn that Deep Drill Scanner make Deep drill possible on Sea Ice

Test on Vanilla.

Once you research and operate the Scanner machine until it hit 100%. You could place a deep drill on that green tile to dig the resource out. It help a lot ngl.

I'll tried to find out if my pawn can dig some stone chunk up after the resource is drained.
