Colonists cant be hurt or do damage to living things

Hello,
my english isnt the best but I will try to do it as good as possible.   
So in my moded save game NOBODY can deal or get damage. I tried alot of things, meele, guns, mortars, animals, raiders, fire and everything else seems to not do any living thing any damage. Like this its nearly unplayable, fights just go on for ever.
Sadly I dont know when exactly and what exactly caused this bug. I deleted or changed mods quite frequently, but as far as I know I didnt change anything right before the bug occured. At somepoint when I loaded my savegame I noticed the error.
I am going to upload the logfile, my mod list and my save game.

(If you open my save game, you will see a donkey and an alpaca fighting, but they cant damage each other.)

Im having same problem too, a only method workes for me is start a new game
