Enough Small Bugs for a Big Problem

I've got a number of mods from the workshop installed and in place, and this has eventually caused the game to spit out quite a few errors on startup. A good deal of them are rather ignorable but one that's fairly major is that sometimes, for seemingly no reason, colonists will refuse to shoot at enemies. They'll line up the shot and then just stop. I haven't worked on this in a few months but last I looked at the logs when it was happening, something about ranged attacking was returning a null value. Any help with any problems is appreciated, startup error logs and mod list included below. More info upon request.

While one of the load order tools in that thread is very useful, it has actually managed to produce MORE errors. I used RimPy.
