Does everyone who plays with mods get quick/tiny stutters when they move the cam

If I disable all mods, I get silky smooth map scrolling (not the world map) and as soon as I enable a few mods, I notice every 30 seconds or so I get a tiny little stutter, like a small frame drop. My FPS counter goes from 120 to 110 for that brief fraction of a second. It's annoying me, but won't annoy me as much if other people with mods experience this!

Exactly same problem, as well as slowdowns when any sort of caravan enters the map (I don't think I had the caravan slowdowns before 1.0). I even heavily trimmed my mod list lately just to include only QoL mods etc but it doesn't do much.

You are most likely noticing Unity's periodic GC (Garbage Collection) cycle.  With more (especially script-heavy) mods, more memory is in use and GC takes that much longer, making it more noticeable, but it's actually present from the very beginning in a vanilla game ^^' .
