[1.1] GUI -- "open linked quest" appearing for pawn gained from inactive quest

After getting a pawn as a reward for a selling quest, there is now perpetually a "Open linked quest" option when the pawn is selected which links to the historical quest the pawn was earned from. My expectation would be for this link to only appear for pawns with active quests, as it doesn't have a use otherwise and takes prime UI real estate, or for it to be linked elsewhere (like the bio screen.)

I have a similar issue, replying so that this gets more attention.

For me it's that I completed a royal decree (past the due date if it matters) and the 'Open linked quest' still shows up when I click on the pawn.

Real bug, thanks! It also happens on world settlements that had old quests.

We'll fix it in a hotfix.
