Setting a custom save shortcut works differently in 1.1.2552, and I'm not sure if this is an intentional change. Previously, using a path with spaces, the shortcuts would be of the format:

"Rimworld.exe path" -savedatafolder="save directory"

The format that now works is:

"Rimworld.exe path" "-savedatafolder=save directory"

Is this an intentional change?

Not something we did - must have been something the new Unity version changed and no tester hit it.

Sorry, we'll adjust docs to match this and get back the old behavior if possible.

May I ask how is it going? Was it technically possible or should we live with new  syntax?

Tynan

Not sure; this is lower priority than some other stuff. If we do change this it won't be for a week or two at least. If you want to use it now just use the new syntax. We may just update the docs to that in the end.
