[1.1 / Royalty] Infestation quest never ended

Had a Noble give me a quest to fight an infestation so they could watch from orbit. Destroyed the Hive, got a message that I completed the quest. But the quest was never completed in the log and I never got the quest rewards (which were favour and a 2 items).
