[1.1 / Royalty] Can't Steal / Reinstall Unstable power cells

After beating a Mech Cluster Unstable power cells can be left behind, you can Claim or Deconstruct them but not reinstall or steal them like the DLC store page says, also Deconstructing them drops nothing, not even steel slag.

This may just be a clarity problem (which we will fix either way). Did you claim the unstable power cell? You can only uninstall things you claimed.

Yeah, made sure its claimed, it can be repaired inside home zone, just not uninstalled or reinstalled. Deconstructing drops nothing.
