[1.1.2552] Turrets have red X glyph after migrating save from 1.0 to 1.1

Turrets have a red X glyph on them after migrating a save file from 1.0 to 1.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a savegame including turrets, that was last saved in 1.0, into 1.1
2. Observe that all turrets now have a red X glyph over them, and there is no option to remove it (allow/disallow, toggle hold-fire, etc does not remove it).

Issue: Turrets have a red X glyph on them after migrating a save file from 1.0 to 1.1
Expected: Turrets will look and function as usual, with no red X.

Note: The turrets in the attached migrated savegame are still functioning.  However, there are reports from other users on Reddit whose turrets will not fire:
