[1.1] Holding down 1, 2 or 3 causes speed button sound to spam

In v1.1, if you hold down one of the speed-up hotkeys, the sound effect that goes with each of them start playing over and over again. It gets really loud too.

I assume it's supposed to play the sound just once?

1. Hold down 1, 2 or 3
2. Enjoy the fireworks
