[1.1 2567] strange failure of surgery (I checked the translation issue)

immunoehancer surgery = 100% medicin x 153% doctor x 135% bed = fail

If no new formulas were added, it seems to be a bug.

I usually play games in korean language. [Chance of failure no matter how good everything is] is not written in my language. I took a screenshot in English for bug reporting and now I have checked it. It was a translation problem rather than a bug.
