Gorewolf

Hi,

Gore is my real world nickname. I%u2019ve broken my nose 10 times and now get blood noses periodically, particularly after a nock in sports. I have many, many time ended up with blood all over my face and top in Aussie Rules or Rugby League and as a result team mates started calling me Gore (as in covered in). It%u2019s stuck since I was teen. All my friends call me it, my airforce call sign became it, even my own wife calls me this more than my actual name. Little offended actually that you%u2019d say that this isn%u2019t a name someone could get called. It%u2019s is literally an actual first name (Rarely admittedly) and last name for normal people.

I have adopted into my gamer tag, true. But I%u2019m not asking for Gorewolf, I just want Gore. I can see this is a pretty common issue, but I%u2019m not asking for stupid loosely sexual gamer tag with numbers and symbols in it, this is for all intents and purposes my name. Everyday conversation is very subjective but I don%u2019t feel I am outside of that. It%u2019s a nickname. I hope we can fix this please,

Just out of curiosity, anything ever come out of this? I had the same thing happen with my nickname as well.
