Mod suggestion - underclothing

Quite a simple idea actually, have not seen it around, if such a mod exists let me know.

Some additional options besides adding some normal underclothing to the game could be thermo-underclothing for those frosty winters.

Underclothing should also add some extra protection to to the cold, alto not nearly as much as the thermo-underclothing.

Also since they are intended to be worn underneath normal clothes, they might degrade a bit slower.

There could be an mood modifier added for colonists who only have underclothing which sits between the debuff for being naked and fully clothed.
