[1.1.2589] Monument decree can't cancel in-progress after declarer "Runs Wild"

I had an unhappy Praetor pawn make a wild decree to build a monument

I had built the monument about halfway over the next couple days

The unhappy Praetor "Ran Wild"

The quest was appropriately cancelled

However, I couldn't get rid of the in-progress monument (or I didn't know how).  When I cancelled it, it put the monument marker on the ground and I didn't know how to get rid of it.  I ended up just completing the monument for no reason, just so I could deconstruct it afterwards (which did work fine, just annoying).

I expected the monument marker to get cancelled.  I expected the game to let me decide if I wanted to finish building the remaining blueprints or cancel them.
