[1.1.2589] StatRequest for a null thing on Quest "View:Human"

A quest was given to rescue a held prisoner. The quest window contains a link to View: Human which when clicked, in debug mode can be seen throwing a NullReferenceException (StatRequest for a null thing). See attached screenshot and log.
The Human screen does show though.
