Help redoing an old mod

Hi!

I've been looking for a mod like https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=933008442 this one for a long time and found it. It's broken with 1.1 and so I want to fix it; might as well put this quarantine time towards something useful! I've updated all the items in the xml file to match their new ingame definitions, but have run across a big issue: I can't get colonists to enter! I right click on it for drafted and non-drafted colonists and it does nothing.
