[1.1.2589+Royal] Skip Psycast not working.

Whenever I try to use the Skip psycast, it doesn't let me select a destination for the object I'm trying to teleport. I get no error message, all it says on my cursor is the illegal warning since I'm not a royal. Yet I can't select a destination, only the initial target. All other Psycasts work just fine, including Chaos Skip. I checked my hugslib log but couldn't find anything in there related to my issue. I've tried going to different areas, making a room especially for this, tried teleporting items right infront of my pawn but no dice. I have 0 mods that alter Psycasts.

Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

Found the issue, it was Yayo's Shooting 2 that caused this. According to one of the posts on the workshop page, that mod also removes a mechanoid turrets minimum range.
