I haven't gotten an e-mail after purchasing and registering for about maybe an hour now? Is this still going on or should I just refund?

did you allready checked you SPAM folder ?

I have the same problem and no e-mail in the spam folder !

Strange thing: I tried several times with an e-mail address at "@free.fr" (which is an Internet service provider in France) and it never worked. One try with an email at "@hotmail.com" and it works instantly.
