Choose rewards directly

Instead of enabling/disabling the favor and goodwill maybe it would be better to choose the rewards. For example, a quest about guarding 5 prisoners, they offer me as a reward a legendary granite double bed... Not doing that for sure... But instead they could make me choose between granite double bed, favor or goodwill. This way it would make much more probable that we are interested in the reward and do the quest.
