Been away for a while, has the korean spam posts a recent thing or ongoing?

So the first page and a half of the general discussion section is just copypastes of the same spam posts. It's been like... three years (wow) since I've been here and I wanted to ask some questions about new features and a few alternate tactics but if this place is just an abandoned  spampocalypse wasteland I guess I shouldn't bother?

sometimes them garshdarnged bots slip through the security and start wreaking havoc but they're usually fairly quickly dealt with.

Things used to be way worse in the past, See when I was a wee whippersnapper like two years or so ago, them spambots were everywhere and oh boy, did we have to ban bots uphill both ways to find any real people who were buried under all that spam, ohhh those were the days the were...

Oh anyway! There's still a fair bit of non-bot activity around here, too!
