Royalty Kidnapped - How to pay

Hey Guys,
One of my people was kidnapped.
I got a message to pay, but i don't know how.
Earlier it was to put money next to a trading beacon,
but now it don't works.

Check that the ransom request hasn't expired yet. You have to accept the quest on your quest tab then pay the ransom, if it's too late then you won't have the chance to pay anymore and you'll see the quest in your history tab
