[Mod help] Operations do not finish

Hello fellow rimworlders.

I am running into a problem for several games now that i dont know how to fix. I am uncertain whether it is a game bug or mod bug.
Running the latest version of rimworld using the following mods:
                     

So i want to install a peg leg on Victor here:

Another colonist gets the medicine and wood needed and starts the operation:

But instead if installing a peg leg nothing happens afterwards. All the materials are consumed but the operation doesnt finish. They keep repeating it too, using a lot of medicine and wood to no effect.

Please help me, if you need more information let me know.

This is most likely mod-related (never had this bug with only core).
I would suggest to deactivate any health-related mod like Cybernetic storm and MediXP (if I remember correctly).

Can you repeat this with another colonist? Try replacing someone else's leg.

Yes i did some self diagnosing and found out medixp and cybernetic storm where not playing together nice. Disabling medixp fixed the problem.
