[1.1.2598 Royality] Quest and no reward.

It is now a few times i got quests with no rewards.
Ok i turned of for royal favor/goodwill as rewardd and i think such kind of quests would give out royal favor primary.

Huh, can you reproduce it? All quests should have at least 1 reward, even if you turn off goodwill and royal favor.

Currently not and i update to 2618 too.
But previously it happen 2-3 times.
