Changing your character name?

Okay, so I submitted a character name a while back, and I've reconsidered it and want to change it. Unfortunately, it doesn't let me through the creative rewards page. Can a person have the character name changed? I looked through the guidelines and didn't see anything about being able to only put it in once, and I don't see anything when I was submitting either.
