I designed this scenario to thematically simulate playing as the pirate faction and I think this does a good job of it. I play tested it and have been having a great time.

Pirates do not sow...literally. You will have enough starting fire power to take out a faction base. You will also have orbital trade ships coming in every 5 days. But you can't sow. You'll have to get creative to survive. Yo hoho and a bottle of rum, is a pirates life for you?

Your faction will be a New Arrivals.
Start with 5 people, chosen from 8.
Start with research: Microelectronics
Start with research: Drug production
Start with research: Wake-up production
Start with research: Go-juice production
Start with research: Psychite refining
Cannot sow plants on the ground.
