I just as I type this defeated a centipede with 2 pistols and an m24! I really almost quit when it dropped right on top of my wooden base but my colonists of 8,8 and 10 shooting pulled it off!

What was it armed with?

If it was an inferno cannon, then you did very well, but it's not ridiculously crazy or anything.

If it was using a minigun or heavy charge blaster then that was indeed awesome.

Good work. You probably have found the way to  take these on.

I do this all the time with bows and pistols its all about micro management. Larger groups too. Its the Raider/Sythers I hate the most.

Easy or not! you still feel real good after killing one of those
especially the first few times before you get used to them, it's very exhilirating =P
