Would it be possible to do some kind of interactive event (a la twitch plays pokemon) with RimWorld?

There are various ways this could be done, but one quick example would be:

  • Partner with a popular streamer for a play through using "interactive" storytelling events rather than AI control. This could be done either by some kind of voting method in chat - or allowing viewers to purchase a menu of in game events (i.e. Cargo drops, raids) with more consequential events requiring higher donations. Proceeds could be donated to a charity.

This would be a ton of fun, and could drive a ton of exposure to the game. It could also help raise money for a good cause during these tough times.

I think RimWorld is uniquely set up for this style of event - and it would be interesting to watch a user base determine a game's narrative.
